How to link a contact to a room via the dashboard

ADD GUESTS TO A ROOM

There are two ways to link a contact to a room via the dashboard:

1/ Use the button 'add guest':


2/ Use the  sign:


In both scenarios the following screen will open. Search an existing contact or create a new one.


The only difference between both options will be that in case of option 2 the room will already be allocated. When you choose option 1 you'll still have to assign a room:
