How To link a contact to a room via the booking details

HOW TO REGISTER OTHER GUESTS AFTER THE CHECK-IN
 

Check ins of the day are listed on the dashboard, this is the page we advise to manage all check-ins / out (How to link a contact to a room via the dashboard). If the main contact has already checked in you can register (an) extra guest(s) to this booking. Follow the steps below:

1/ Go to the room rack and click on the magnifier icon next to the reservation.

2/ Go to the accommodation & allocations part of the booking screen and click on the  sign to assign one or more guest(s)

3/ Enter the names of the extra guest(s)

4/ If the contact does not exist in your database you have to create a new contact.

You are free to only fill in the contact fields you think are necessary.
