How to - Lightspeed ticket still being processed

HOW TO INVOICE A LIGHTSPEED TICKET WITH A 'STILL BEING PROCESSED' STATUS

 

1/ If a Lightspeed ticket isn't sent to ManCloud instantly a temporary ticket will be created to avoid the receptionist doesn't charge the ticket(s) by check-out.

A triangle with exclamation mark will appear next to the ticket saying 'Ticket still being processed' which means that there is no info available about the content of the ticket. Only the total amount of the ticket will be shown. This way the receptionist can't forget to charge the ticket.

2/ Before creating the invoice it's important to assign the complete ticket.

Once the ticket has been sent to ManCloud you will find the ticket in the administration tab. You can search by ticket number, by amount and by date. 

3/ You can transfer the ticket to the booking:

 

4/ Once the ticket has been transferred to the booking you can remove the old ticket:

You are now able retrieve the details of the Lightspeed ticket and invoice the booking.
